Utilizing Ionpure's patented continuous electro-deionization (CEDI) technology, it replaces conventional mixed-bed ion exchange systems, offering zero chemical consumption, minimal operational costs, and uninterrupted twenty-four-hour operation for critical industrial processes.

  • Chemical-Free Operation: Eliminates acid/alkali consumption and neutralization systems, reducing hazardous waste and operational costs by over sixty percent compared to traditional ion exchange.
  • High-Efficiency Performance: Ninety to ninety-five percent recovery rate minimizes wastewater generation. Silica removal efficiency: ninety to ninety-nine percent (dependent on feed conditions).
