• Pressure Change Control: Pressure surges must be avoided during start-up, operation, or shutdown. The maximum allowable rate of pressure change is strictly limited to 0.5 bar/s to prevent structural damage.
• Cleaning & Maintenance: Follow DuPont's recommended maintenance cleaning protocols to control biological growth and minimize chemical consumption.
• Shutdown Protection: For long-term shutdowns, it is recommended to inject a preservation solution to prevent microbial growth.
